Bottling without Mozart

Bottling is a long task in a winery our size. It takes months on end, and can seem never to stop. At the moment we are bottling Cortes de Cima 2008, and when that is finished we start on Chaminé 09, and the list goes on and on…. Although it is a rather monotonous task to watch, we uploaded this YouTube video of the process with some explanation, for the more technically minded.
