Chaminé Rosé

Crafted from pressing and fermenting early picked Aragonez and Syrah together, it is all about delicacy and lightness.

Vintage 2018

Cold, dry winter followed by a cool, humid spring finally interrupted by a short-lived heat wave in August, which kick-started the late summer. Harvest was consequently later than usual, and short in order to preserve the natural freshness that highlights the year.

Vinification

All grapes grown sustainably in our own vineyards. Aragonez (Tempranillo) and Syrah grapes were picked early and gently pressed retaining only the free run juice. Cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by maturation on lees. Early bottling to preserve freshness.

Our Winemaker Comments

Palest of pinks. Caressing aromas of rose petals lead to an explosion of red berry fruits. Juicy, fresh and fruity palate with crunchy acidity and a saline finish.
