2016 vintage was marked by atypical weather. A warm and dry winter preceded a cold, wet spring. Summer was hot and dry, allowing for undisturbed ripening.
Crafted from early picked Aragonez (Tempranillo) and Merlot, pressed and fermented together. After 24 hours of skin maceration, only the free-run was selected. Matured on fine lees with regular agitation for 2 months.
Attractive pale pink colour. Aromas of red currants wtth marmalade notes. Delicate, well balanced palate with fresh fruit flavors, with a nice dry finish.
