“It shows well, very approachable a very good off-vintage performance that shows the winery's dedication.” - Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate, April 2017, Issue 230 – Mark Squires
“Good cut to the dark cherry, plum and dried berry flavors, which are smoky and richtasting. Slate and Asian spice notes on the brooding finish.” – Wine Spectator
“This wine, from selections of Touriga Nacional, is dense and firm. It has a dark structure that is only slowly developing to bring out the rich black-currant fruits. It is a ripe wine with a strong, mineral texture to balance the final acidity.” - Wine Enthusiast
