Made exclusively from selected Trincadeira grapes hand picked at optimum maturity from chosen sites in our own vineyards. Fermented without stems under temperature control, frequent delestage, to enhance varietal fruit characters, and to provide tannin structure and balance. Aged for 8 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.
Fresh red berry, spicy fruit aromatics of plums and toasty oak. Elegant, with soft tannins and a refreshing acidity on the finish.
