LOUR-INHO by Anna Jørgensen comes from Alvarinho and Loureiro vineyards planted in the fresh sands of the Atlantic coast

Vinification

LOUR-INHO is born from this unlikely Alentejo blend, which combines alvarinho and loureiro planted in the fresh sands of the Atlantic Coast. The grape varieties fermented separately: alvarinho in a 2000 litres Slovenian foudre and loureiro in a 500 litres oak barrel, for eight months. After that time, the blend underwent a second stage in stainless steel, gaining complexity, with fine lees, for another six months.
